Terms

Terms of Use

These terms govern access to and use of TimeWithSeconds and its browser-based clock and time utilities.

Using the service

You may use TimeWithSeconds for lawful personal, educational, and professional purposes. You must not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute harmful code, or use automated activity that materially disrupts availability for others.

Clock accuracy

The site displays time derived from your device and browser. Although the interface is designed to update at second-level precision, TimeWithSeconds does not guarantee that your device clock, network, operating system, browser scheduling, or display latency is perfectly synchronized with an official time source.

No critical-system guarantee

Do not rely on the site as the only timing source for emergencies, medical treatment, aviation, navigation, financial execution, legal deadlines, industrial control, or other safety-critical activities. Confirm important times with an appropriate authoritative source.

Availability and changes

Features may be improved, changed, interrupted, or removed. Offline behavior depends on browser support and previously cached files. We may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change.

Third-party services

Some measurement or platform functions may be provided by third parties and are subject to their own terms. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and do not imply control over their content or availability.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, TimeWithSeconds is not liable for losses caused by inaccurate device time, delayed display updates, interrupted access, browser limitations, or reliance on the service for critical decisions.

Privacy and contact

Read the privacy policy for information about browser storage and analytics. Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page.
