> TimeWithSeconds is a free, browser-based clock utility for exact local time with seconds, city time, UTC, timers, stopwatch, fullscreen clock display, and watch synchronization. It requires no account and stores no server-side personal data.

## Important behavior

- Clock values are calculated in the visitor's browser from the device clock and the browser's time-zone database.
- The optional accuracy check runs only after a user requests it.
- Location permission is not required.
- Pages are public and read-only; there is no public API, MCP server, A2A service, account system, checkout, or autonomous transaction endpoint.

## Content-use policy
